The Original Soundtrack exhibition has been extended until 29/06!

One more month to discover a selection of about 200 original vinyl records, sampled from the private archive of Alain de Groot, a music critic whose collection holds more than 3000 records collected over a period of 40 years. These records were picked and sorted into ten categories that offer a broad overview of many different genres: from the symphonic music of well-known adventure films to the experimental soundtracks of the ‘70s avant-gardes, while also taking a look at variety, pop or even folk music... 

This exhibition does not claim to be exhaustive, but rather aims to showcase diversity and singularity. Famous scores from cinema classics are blended with the original soundtracks of Z movies which only stood the test of time because of their music, and names of renowned composers whose careers span over decades are featured next to musicians from the jazz and pop worlds or now-forgotten one-hit wonders.
