During the 12 years it lasted, the Dreyfus Affair tore France and the world apart.
In this immense scandal, probably the greatest of the late 19th century, miscarriages of justice and anti-Semitism are intertwined. The case is told from the point of view of Colonel Picquart, who once appointed head of counterintelligence soon discovers that the evidence against Captain Alfred Dreyfus has been fabricated. From that moment on, risking his career and his life, he will never stop identifying the real culprits and rehabilitating Alfred Dreyfus.
