BRIEF HISTORY OF A FAMILY

An incident at school brings Wei, the only son of a wealthy Chinese family, and his classmate Shuo closer together. They become increasingly close, and Wei's parents enthusiastically welcome their son's new friend. As Shuo becomes part of the family, he discovers that behind their comfortable life lie many secrets and repressed emotions. A tragic event brings back old wounds and fears.
