Palace is delighted to present the PREMIERE of Nuestra Tierre (Our Land), the documentary by Lucrecia Martel. Organised in partnership with Justice et Paix, Amnesty International, CNCD, European Environmental Bureau and MINDALAES-Europa, this screening – which will also mark the film’s release in Belgium – will be followed by a discussion on the themes raised by this socially conscious film.

Synopsis : Argentina, 2009. Three white men attempt to evict members of the Chuschagasta Indigenous community, claiming ownership of the land. Armed, they kill the community leader, Javier Chocobar. The murder is filmed, and in 2018, after nine years of impunity and centuries of colonial history, the trial begins.
