Synopsis : One evening in January 2017, a video spread across social media showing a young Gambian man drowning in the waters of Venice's Grand Canal. 
From the shore, passersby insulted him without offering any assistance. Filmed with a cell phone, his body, frozen stiff from the cold, seemed to let himself sink despite the few lifebuoys thrown in his direction. He was 22 years old and his name was Pateh Sabally.  4,000 kilometers away, the voices and faces of his family tell the story that preceded this tragedy, the story behind the images...
