From Brussels to Tel Aviv, from Paris to New York, the documentary takes us on a tour of her peregrinations.
An experimental, nomadic filmmaker, she shares with us her cinematic journey, which never ceases to question the meaning of her existence, at the risk of seeking out or confronting her audience.
With her editor, Claire Atherton, she explains the origins of her language and aesthetic choices. A lively, innovative cinema that continues to influence many artists, as exemplified by American director Gus van Sant.
