AVANT-PREMIÈRE - MEMORY

Go back

Palace is pleased to invite you to a AVANT-PREMIÈRE screening of Michel Franco's MEMORY. The screening will be introduced by Joost Martens, director of the Stop Alzheimer organization, which funds scientific research into Alzheimer's and related diseases in Belgium.

The film takes an important look at the role of care and how the environment deals with dementia. This theme emerges with the character of Sylvia, who provides care to those in need and herself receives help in coping with the traumas of her childhood. We also witness the touching relationship that develops between her and Saul, who also needs care due to his incipient dementia and regularly suffers short-term memory loss.
