MASTERCLASS 

One Thursday per month, Palace highlights a technical profession in cinema. In partnership with film schools, the André Delvaux Academy, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and mediarte.

In December, Lucas Lauwers will talk to us about the profession of sound editor and composer, notably for the film CEUX QUI VEILLENT. The masterclass will be preceded by a screening of the film and will be held in French.

Synopsis : CEUX QUI VEILLENT follows the descendants of immigrants of different faiths as they visit their deceased loved ones. Set in Brussels' multi-faith cemetery, the film explores the deep and inventive bond between the living and the dead, blending tragedy and burlesque, poetry and humour.

Anatomy of a cemetery, a place full of life: the last place where people talk, where they care for and watch over those who are no longer there.
