One Thursday a month, Palace puts the spotlight on a technical film trade. In partnership with film schools, the Académie André Delvaux, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and mediarte.

In February, Christophe Hermans and Boris Tilquin will talk about documentary writing on the film MERCKX. The masterclass will be preceded by a screening of the film, and the meeting will take place in French.

Boris Tilquin is a Belgian author based in Brussels. After a degree in Philosophy at the University of Namur and a degree in Editing/Scripting at the Institut des arts de diffusion (IAD), Boris Tilquin graduated with a Master's degree in Screenwriting in 2016 and more recently with a Master's degree specializing in Cinematic Cultures and Thought. Alongside writing and directing, Boris Tilquin works as a consultant and script doctor for films and TV series. This year sees the release of DROSERA, his first short fiction film as writer-director, co-written and co-directed with Maud Carpentier. MERCKX is his first documentary, co-written and co-directed with Christophe Hermans, with whom he plans to continue collaborating on new fiction and documentary projects.
